How We Do It
Through our partnerships and collaborations, we use industry best practices to design, develop and implement effective programs and services for the development and support of the workforce at all stages of employment (e.g., pre-service, in-service and, continuing education).
We pride ourselves in using the ADDIE Model of instructional design to continuously modify and improve our training content and delivery.
The ADDIE Model is our foundation of practice and allows us to provide:
- Customizable trainings based on customer or agency needs
- High Quality Learning Experiences Grounded in Quality Matters® Standards, Adult Learning Theory, and Principles of Instructional Design
- Distance learning, and more
