2023 Annual Report: 40 Years of Excellence

For 40 years, the Eastern Kentucky University Training Resource Center has proudly collaborated with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services' Department for Community Based Services to develop and deliver a system of high quality, impactful human services training, development, and support.

TRC is nationally recognized for the development of learning models for public human services staff including pre-service, in-service, advance leadership, and career employee development.
